Very good point. If only they would allow us (military) to play by the same rules.Ronald Williamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02044870619559347734noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1877532248871097177.post-86813889814615850522011-01-24T10:29:03.820-08:002011-01-24T10:29:03.820-08:00I think the reason why Sarah Palin is getting so m...I think the reason why Sarah Palin is getting so much flack is because her target map was the source of some controversy when it first came up. Some people were afraid people might take Palin's map too seriously and actually hurt someone.

I'll show you what I mean: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/03/24/sarah-palins-pac-puts-gun_n_511433.html

Sarah Palin isn't some crazy right-wing loon, she's kind of a leader in the new right-wing movement in America. So her words will get more scrutinized than someone like Glen Beck.

Personally, I think Palin is completely innocent. I mean, the gunman was supposedly a schizophrenic liberal anyway, so I doubt he listened to a word Sarah Palin had to say. Even still, this tragedy should remind us all, conservatives and liberals alike, that our words have power, and we should all do our best to take part in a civil instead of a vitriolic political discourse. You never know when the next deranged individual might be listening.Debunkey Monkeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15355896606457674317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1877532248871097177.post-49825429820684018072011-01-24T07:05:22.569-08:002011-01-24T07:05:22.569-08:00Both sides of the aisle, with the Democrats being ...Both sides of the aisle, with the Democrats being by far the worst offenders, have forgotten that they are there to represent us. To them this has become a war to hold onto or advance their own power. And very few rules of engagement apply.

Regardless of anything else we can say about them they are brilliant tacticians in their chosen field of battle. They see weakness and exploit it mercilessly.

Too bad they won't allow our troops to function under the same rules. Perhaps you guys could wrap these wars up and get home quickly if they would.Catawissa Gazetteerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04939761313614220536noreply@blogger.com
